If you would like to present your research here, please submit an abstract below. This will also function as your general attendance registration.

We are very excited to have you join us as a part of the 2021 Virtual ISC! The conference is open to all students (high school, undergraduate, graduate, etc.), and is centered on a theme of Diversity of Perspectives and People. You may find more information about the conference theme on our homepage.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible you must:

  1. Be a current student at any level (high school, undergraduate, graduate, etc.)
  2. Submit a traditional scientific abstract (4000 characters)
  3. Submit a short reflection on how your research or experiences with science may influence or have been influenced by Diversity of PerspectivesPeople, or both (no limit)

GENERAL GUIDELINES

For your abstract, please use a descriptive title with a text body limit of 4000 characters. Be sure that your text includes a clear hypothesis, motivation, methodology, and results/conclusion. You may find it useful to use clear headings, for example: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. You may also prepare and submit up to 1 figure. In addition to the presenting author, be sure to list all other relevant authors who have contributed to your work. You may use this template file to aid you in preparing your abstract.

Abstract submissions are made via the Microsoft CMT platform linked below. You will be asked to make an account to access the submission page that follows. There is no cost to submit or attend. Please let us know if you have any questions or issues with the submission process!
