All the submitted papers must represent original unpublished research related to biomedical engineering or signal processing, that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal. Manuscripts should be limited to 2-4 pages.

These papers will be reviewed and judged by a designated judge panel.

All papers will be reviewed and judged on correctness, originality, technical strength, rigor in analysis, quality of results, quality of presentation, and interest and relevance to the conference attendees.

The selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings following ISBN and given a chance to visually present at the conference.
